 Have a minimum of a relevant degree
Are registered as an Associate Professional with South African Council of the Property Valuation Profession (SACPVP)
Have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Commercial property valuation, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level
Have basic knowledge of the SA property market
Are able to build relationships and influence stakeholders within property industry.
