Director: Rewards, Benefits & Payroll The successful candidate must have a Post-Graduate qualification, among others, in Financial Management at an NQF Level 8
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in senior management
Expert knowledge of all components impacting budget control and payroll delivery – from appointments to exits
A sound understanding of and experience in HR Payroll Systems
Accreditation by the South African Rewards Association will be an added advantage/ Certified Payroll Practitioner (SAPA) designation/ SARA professional designation or an alternative accounting/payroll professional qualification
Demonstrable experience of BCEA, EE, SDLA, Income Tax Act, COIDA and other relevant legislation
Demonstrable experience of relevant payroll systems such as ITS, SAP, PeopleSoft		 29 February 2024
Director: Research and Postgraduate Office A PhD Qualification at an NQF 10 or equivalent.
8 – 10 years’ experience in a related field
A senior academic with extensive experience management of Research and Postgraduate administration
At least Five (5) years of relevant management experience.
A soundtrack record of high impact publications
evidence of guiding and successfully supervising postgraduate students and successful research proposal writing
A valid NRF rating will be an advantage		 25 February 2024
Director: Student Finances Chartered Accountant (SA) or equivalent
Five years in a management role and relevant experience.
Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.		 25 February 2024
