Associate Professor QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a PhD in Engineering are requirements. Registration as a professional engineer (Pr.Eng.), or eligibility for it, will be a distinct advantage . A minimum of 5 years’ experience in industry or a research organization is beneficial. Successful candidates will be encouraged to engage in research in his/her area of interest or to join existing research groups in the School. Particularly for the associate professor position a track record in research, evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals, is required. Experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, as well as supervision of master’s and doctoral students to completion, is recommended.
